A field of 25 cars assembled at Perris Auto Speedway last night to compete for a chance to drink from the bottle of milk in celebration of the 100th running of the Indy 500. Jake i sporting his beautiful newly painted helmet , by his dad ran his 2 laps of qualifying, positioning the 92 in P4. Heat One action brought the Moosemobile to the line in 3rd, a direct transfer to the A Main! Driver introductions took place on the front straightaway, and the 4th place qualifying time gave Jake an excellent starting position of the 30 lapper. With challenges early on from Damion, & Spencer Jake saw the restart flag fly running in 4th. Hang on there boy --- it always gets a bit wild when it's a short run to the checkered after a caution. Hang on he did -- and moved into the 3rd place position with just 1 to go. A great night for a podium finish!!!!
