It's Race Day @ Forest Park Elementary School
Yesterday for Chase, Steve, Tom & I was one that we will all keep in the memory banks for years to come.
Chris Brown of Brown Brothers Excavating and his fiancé Susie, asked if Moose Racing would take the 92 sprint car to Brazil, Indiana's Forest Park Elementary School to be a part of their Indy 500. Forest Park Elementary is a public school that is focused and caters to economically disadvantaged students. Most of them would never have the opportunity to experience something like this amazing event, had not the principal Dustin Jorgensen and the 24 dedicated teachers worked for months to provide these kiddos with an experience they hopefully will never forget. ( I know The Moose Team won't )
I had planned to write my own little story, but the school actually had programs explaining this special event, its meaning, introducing the kiddos and giving a little blurb about each and everyone of them.

Ladies and gentlemen, start your smiles, ! Today, we are privileged to cheer on and celebrate pure joy, unstoppable passion, and the kind of excitement that can only come from the hearts of our incredible drivers!
Better than 500 miles, on the track today you will witness 500 plus moments of courage, laughter, and unforgettable fun. While the pros may race for trophies and titles, our stars today race for cheers, high-fives, and the trill of been seen and celebrated for being the most incredible and inspiring kids you will ever meet!
These aren't just Power Wheels - they are race cars of dreams, driven by determination and joy. Each Lap around this track is a reminder that ability comes in all forms, and passion always finds a way forward.
So buckle up, make some noise, and get ready to experience the most heartfelt 500 ever- where every finish line is a victory, and every smile is win.
